By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Deposits & Payment

A 10% deposit is due before materials are ordered and work is scheduled. Once the quote is accepted, bank details can be shared.

Variations

Any changes, additions, or modifications to the agreed project scope requested by the client after work has commenced will be treated as a "variation." Variations will be priced and agreed upon in writing before that specific work begins.

Client Obligations

To ensure a smooth project from start to finish, the client agrees to:

• Provide clear, safe, and uninterrupted access to the site for our team, tools, and deliveries.
• Ensure the site has working water and electricity available for our use, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Obtain any necessary council approvals, permits, or engineering plans required for the project (such as major decks, pergolas, or structural renovations), unless Webster Building has specifically agreed in writing to manage this.

Timelines & Delays

We pride ourselves on straightforward timing, but building projects can face unpredictable factors. Webster Building is not liable for project delays caused by:

• Inclement weather or wet site conditions.
• Material shortages or supply chain delays outside of our control.
• Delays in client selections or changes to the project scope.
• Injury or illness of tradespeople.

Warranties & Workmanship

Webster Building guarantees all workmanship is carried out with due care, skill, and in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and local regulations.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. By law, tradespeople must give consumers a copy of this guide before they sign a contract for residential building work that's valued at more than $5,000.
